Sensorium and Mubert are developing AI-driven DJs, Snapchat lets you create your own music videos, and NuEyes Technologies announces a new Pro 3 augmented reality smart glass solution.
Let's dive in!
The latest effort to create artificial people, or virtual beings, comes from Sensorium and Mubert.
Sensorium provides virtual DJs that will autonomously create a constant flow of ever-changing music that adapts to all kinds of moods and environments. Mubert's technology will empower these virtual performers to create music in real-time based on an extensive database of samples.
Virtual DJs will host shows in Sensorium Galaxy, a multi-user social VR platform. AI-powered artists complement real-life artists' talent in the Sensorium Galaxy's alternate universe, with a balanced mix of human and AI-generated art.

Snapchat has expanded its lineup of original content with the launch of Move it!, a new Snap Original series featuring popular dance influencers Michael Le and Dytto.
The 10-part series teaches the users the latest viral dance moves with snazzy AR visuals. Each episode centers around Le and Dytto, as they break down a different move step-by-step. Special effects, such as neon wings and digital explosions, appear in the background.
After practicing, the users can use their new-found dance knowledge to create their own AR-enhanced music videos.
